Effective October 15th, 2010, dear valued customers, you will need to use an email address that is NOT one of which we host as your point of contact for support and billing issues. For example:- if you host www.mydomain.com with us and your "point" of contact with us is yourname@mydomain.com - should you have issues with your hosting account, we shall not be able to reach you, instead use a domain name ie gmail or another that we do not host.
